Appointments
Please take time to carefully select your appointments. If 48 hours notice in not given to us to re-arrange an appointment, there may be a minimum of $35 charge. Also, it is very important that everyone be punctual to their appointments as to not delay others.
All payments or co-payments are expected at the time of service. For your convenience, our office accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit, personal checks and cash. We also offer extended financing through a third party provider.
